Anybody buy any of the trees Menards just listed? Not expecting a whole lot at that price point but how are they?

They look like trees made by the Woodlawn Scenic Company. I think those are TR3536 Woodland Scenics Waters Edge 2 Pack 5" - 6" Ready Made Trees TMC

I saw these advertised by Menard's and am also very curious about them. Anyone else have actual hands-on experience with these trees?
They look nice, and I do need trees. 
I have a total of 4 on my layout right now.

2 boxes of 9 trees arrived today from Menards along with 4 Woodland Scenic trees from Menards. Huge difference in quality but huge difference in price. I'm ordering 5 more boxes of 9 trees. They're decent for the price. If they would offer a 7"-10" tree at a reasonable price with a similar quality I would probably take a hundred. Nice hillside trees.
