The Happy Valley Railroad, under construction for the past 2 years, has been in and out of my orbit for several months but I'm now able to devote a lot more time to it. Good progress on scenery and structures lately, and I recently added a lightly used Lionel Legacy 10-wheeler (undecorated, no less) that is virtually new and works flawlessly. The fun factor has really ramped up just in time for the holidays.
Incidentally, eight years ago I settled in Georgia partly because of its mild weather. So this morning it was 9 degrees F here, an hour east of Atlanta. Feels like Christmases of long, long ago, growing up in Pennsylvania.
Good vibes and good wishes to all for a happy and safe holiday season!
