METCA will have a Train Show on Saturday 9-15 at the Freeport Rec Center, 130 East Merrick Rd in Freeport NY 11520. It opens at 8am for TCA and METCA members and at 9AM for the General Public. Show runs to 2PM . Table holders must be TCA members. Contact Bob Amling at nyshows@metca.org for tables. There will be operating layouts and train races for Kids 5-15. Admission for Adults 16 and above is $5 and is free for METCA members with a valid membership card. Children Free with paid adult. You can join METCA if a TCA member at the door . Annual Dues just $5. So come have fun with us on Saturday Morning. After the show, you can check out the Nautical Mile for a Seafood Delight or better yet, stop in at Charlie Nassau at 13 West Merrick Road in Freeport and say hello.
