Mixing Tinplate/SG with O gauge

Ohh the ever evolving layout... with a change in store due to space restrictions, Im looking for a change. I was looking for some feedback regarding the mixed use of Standard Gauge along with o gauge in the same space.... I have 10x 10 to work with presently. Im looking for a few different trains simultaniously, and have no proble with an elevated line also. I was actually considering copying one of the classic display layouts, and adding a SG loop somewhere in there. Please pass along your thoughts.

You could look also at the possibility of 5 rail track so you could run Std and O on any line. Check out the website"Tinplate Times"
