So I have the original K-Line fisherman on trestle and he stopped fishing. I took it apart and there's 4.9 volts to the motor but the motor at most will give me a quarter revolution and stops. I tried a higher input voltage (18 volts rather than 12) and still I have 4.9 at the motor (probably a constant circuit to prevent over-voltage).
The product number is K-42402 and I think it was made in 2004. Any idea where I can get the motor-gear module?
