It seems to be impossible to set up a new account at the MTH site. The process is to enter your info, they send an email with a link so you can create a password, go there and create one, done. Did it four times and the email that comes each time is blank. Called and they said that is a common complaint (no word if it will be fixed soon) and better to just call in with any order. Anybody experience this? I called to order a part and got voicemail.

If you are going to York, I suggest you ask Mr. Wolf about your problem.
I would suggest you just call. They don't seem to be that interested with their website.
Their MTHRRC "members only" area is non existant, as is their club quarterly newsletter.
I made mention of these things last fall at York, and they just looked at me and smiled, as in "yup, so what?"
Could be the browser you are using. When someone builds a web site/page they have to be careful how it is done. It is not uncommon for a web page built in IE to malfunction when you access it through either FireFox or Chrome, and click on one of the radio buttons. If that fixes the problem then you should let MTH know about it.

I'd think he would have to stand in the line of MTH techs complaining about not being able to get parts in months to do customers repairs.
