My best advise is to buy the "DCS O Gauge Companion 3rd Edition".  It can be bought here on the OGR forum or at the MTH web page in hardcover or digital format.  It will cover everything you need to know to setup a DCS system and it's not as hard as you think to get started.  Just follow the instructions.  I started using DCS in 2012 and still refer to the book when I have a problem.  And remember, have fun running your trains!!

I am looking for someone in the northern Hartford county, (md), or lower (pa) who can show me how to hook up this system. I am trying to get some help with this system. Hope that I can find someone to help.

The above advice is good.  Also, the best way to learn and remember is to simply use it.  It's easy to pick up the basics to get started, then you'll pick up details as you go along.  In no time you'll be a DCS expert.
