MTH double stall shed

HI

Does anybody know if the base is removable? Would like it for my layout but the base seems to stick out a bit much from the pics I see of it. I know I could always cut it down. But if I could remove the base then it would give me more room for the sides.

Yes, DjSixPack in the video updates of the construction of his layout shows the 2 stall shed with the base removed. His layout update is currently on Page 2. Video updates of his layout are on Youtube. You'll need to sort through his updates to find the one with the base removed.
