I recently received my mth water tower 30-11028 from a reputable online store in NY. Opening the package last night I noticed the item only came with the accessory, no manual operating button or anything else. Is this button to activate the water tower normally separate with 30-11028?

Found it last night after shaking the box. It was hidden inside a sleeve of cardboard. At least MTH could have had the push button where it could be seen. Good thing I did not decide to throw away the box suddenly.
