As I was admiring the MTH Premier Amtrak Genesis locos in the new catalog I noticed that the photos show the windshields with molded in windshield wipers. It also appears that the windows in the cab are not flush with the body.
Has anyone purchased one of these units in the last run that was made? If so can you inform us is they have....
1. Add on windshield wipers or molded in the plastic wipers?
2. Windows that are flush with the body?

Although I don't have that model I would assume the model in the catalog is of an older model. All premier models have windshield wipers today. Maybe somebody else has a prior model to give you better info.
Hi Pete, I have two from previous runs. The older of the two does not have flush windows but has separate wipers and the newer of the two (from the last run if I remember correctly) has flusher (semi flush? more flush) windows and separate wipers. The newer also has more details than the earlier one. I am very happy with both although I like the newer one more. Very nice sounds and horn. Hope this helps. Paul
