I am having an issue with my PRR 2-8-0 mth train (PS3). The train is not recognizing it on my hand held dcs controls or wifi. No lights or anything while on track. Have not run it in a while, was trying to run is and the engine is not being recognized. Had no issues before. Any help would be appreciated . All other engines run fine.

Sounds silly, but got to ask. Have you tested a different DCS engine on the same track without issue? I recently found a loose output wire on a TIU, very easy to miss.
Yes other 2 engines run fine on the same track.
As Barry would say, can you describe the exact steps you are taking to run the engine ?
Do you get a message on the remote ?
It was in the remote, but would not respond, so I deleted it and now I am trying to reinstall it. Yes saying no engine found.
Does it have a DCS switch on the bottom (tender?) Make sure it is in the correct position.
Can you tell if the engine getting power? (headlight comes on, slight click noise?) I just reread your post and I see that it probably is not getting power.
Did it throw a tire? I had one that did and this caused a connectivity problem.
Just the simple stuff first.
