RealTrax - 24-Piece Graduated Trestle System For Lionel Fastrack

I just picked up 2 sets of MTH Elevated trestles myself! easier than the making them!
Chris
cool layout. working on the design myself now!
Yes it will work... I had a Realtrax layout and used the grad trestle and girder bridge. I purchased two of the short bridges and added to either side. It really dresses it up. I migrated to Scaletrax but kept the bridges.
Anyone know the MTH PN for the trestle set that works with FasTrack?
Brilliant move on MTH's part, because the FasTrack trestle set is quite pricey.

I picked up 2 sets on Ebay and got a shipping discount, so that worked for me. I did not know that the MTH tressle and lionel fastrack were compatible. those sneeky guys!

Chris;
I am not sure they are.
FasTrack has a wider roadbed than MTH, by about 1/4" I think.
So the standard MTH trestle set will not work with FasTrack to the best of my knowledge.
From what was said earlier in this thread I thought MTH had perhaps released a new version trestle set with track clips that fit FasTrack. It would be a great move if they did.

my Lionel 6-11208 Legacy Lionmaster Union Pacific Big Boy 4011 with Vision Whistle Steam keeps derailing by the bridge section where the white house could it be the FasTrack Graduated Trestle Set in the photo
replacing the Lionel FasTrack Graduated Trestle with mth RealTrax - 24-Piece Graduated Trestle System For Lionel Fastrack because my Legacy Lionmaster Union Pacific Big Boy 4011 with Vision Whistle Steam was derailing at the curve section above the white house on my layout by the bridge will this solve the problem ??

40-1113 is the p/n.
We (LHS) like the new MTH offering for Fastrack. It has three advantages...
1. 24 risers instead of 22 for Lionel's. That means a bit more gradual incline.
2. Beefier appearance with the heavy stone piers instead of the trestle bents for Lionel's. It tends to complement the apparent weight of the trains going over them much better than the more 'fragile' bents.
3. And, as you said, it's about $20 cheaper! $54.95 vs. $74.99 MSRP.
More for less. Always better.

I have the MTH Real Trax O 40-1113 24 Piece Graduated Trestle System Set i am wondering what the Elevation Starter clip (pier L) X 2 is used for
Would someone mind measuring the length of the base on these MTH piers? I have a double-track Fastrack elevated line, spaced 5.5 inches on center, and I am wondering if these piers can be placed side-to-side.
Thanks,
Rick
