I have the Rev L TIU with update 5.0 powered through the fixed1 port with an mth z750 with 18volts output. The problem is every time I try to connect a secound power supply in to it to run fixed2 or one of the variable outputs it pops the built in circuit on the bricks (seound power supply is mth z-1000 21volt output hooked up to a Transformer for a controlled 18volt output) I have tryed disconnecting the track wires from the output on the fixed2 and the variable outputs and it still pops the circuit on the brick the one connected to fixed1 never pops. When using just the transformer connected to the track the circuit is fine. Fixed1 never pops only when connected to fixed2 our variable outputs doesn't matter which brick is connected to them. If anyone has any ideas what could be causing it or other things I can try I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,

It sounds like your second power supply isn't directly connected to the TIU, but is connected via a Z controller.  If I'm correct, remove the Z controller and connect the Z 1000 directly to fixed output 2 of the TIU and see if that makes a difference.

One of the first things I tried no change still poped the circuit. Main reason I didnt do the direct connection is because of the 21volt output afraid the extra output is go to shorten the live of the dcs and legacy engines. If I'm wrong then in go I g to switch it to a direct connection.
