Ddave: You must mean Z-1000 transformers. There is no MTH z100.
Perhaps you could further explain how you want to do this. That might get things started here.
sorry ,that's right Z1000. dropped a zero. I don't really know if you can use together in one set up Open for suggestions.
If you mean wired in parallel, no. As long as they are completely isolated from each other (even on the same loop), sure.

Carl is correct. The question is WHY do you want to do this.
Running more than one train on the same track can be a complicated issue. If you've got an MTH DCS control system, or a Lionel TMCC or Legacy control system, and trains that are so equipped to run with those systems, that's one way to do it. But if you're just running in conventional mode from a transformer to the track, there are some things to think about.
