Has anyone put together a Muir Model before? I assume the answer is yes. Is there a specific type/brand of paint you would recommend using? Does the wood need to be primed before painting? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but I never herd of them.
"Yes" to your (2) questions. As far as paint, it's getting harder to find decent paint anymore, so someone else will have to make a suggestion. They (Muir) can be made into nice structures...

P-B-L.com sells Star paints that are outstanding. I can't remember how to find the paints on their website so call them if necessary. Great people to deal with.
