Just to be honest, I'm not trying to run two trains with my 1033 in case of any of you with sharp eyes catch a glimpse of it on the floor beyond the track. At present, it's a static display for Christmas where two PRR passenger trains met at a station. I did make several loops with the ACL Northern which had a nice head of steam after a few tries. Pretty good for an engine that had a pot full of rust here and there.
It's only taken me 70 some years to end up with a full train load of Madison cars, a couple of eight driver locos and a couple of diesels. (The worst thing is the crawling around on the floor.) I still have to hook up the switches to be auto rather than manual control.
The bridge looks better after a coat of flat black over the original scratched aluminum paint and a set of PRR decals helps as well.
