I made a PE residential scene - mostly complete - and now am ready to do snow effect. I have laid browns and green ground cover from various suppliers - looks good enough - using white glue and water mixture - see pictures. Its dried and now I am thinking of applying more glue and a light dusting of fine snow to the yard areas only - that I purchased from Boscov's Seasonal department - it is very fine flakes. Street and sidewalk I will not likely use glue, so this effect is just for yards. Is there another method? What has worked well for you?
