Need advise on a Switch issue

Having a Ross Switch DZ 1000 issue. The one switch the lights don't say on the motor. The other they do. The green and right LED are correct path. This is the 6- and 7th one like this We done but can't figure this out. The rest are working that we installed.

Any ideas what going on?

Make sure that your wireing for both motors is the same. Sometimes a crossed wire will cause the dz1000 to do wierd things. There are diodes in both the controller and the motor. their polaritys must match for things to work properly.
