Need Help ID'ing a Signal Bridge

I have a dual-track O guage signal bridge with absolutely no markings on it. It is all black, heavy metal construction including railings and supporting framework, and two plug-in 7-light targets on top which can be inserted into sockets facing in either direction. Five wires come out both bases. I'm trying to find an online installation manual for it with no luck so far. Your knowledge and help is greatly appreciated.

Its the MTH Pennsy Signal Bridge #30-11030. Can find all the info on the MTH website
