Trying to repair a Lionel 6-12936 Intermodal Mi Jack Crane for customer. The raise/lowering function does not work because two gears are split. They are on the same shaft and the smaller one is driven from the motor worm gear.
I understand the smaller gear fails the most and has been made in brass and is available from parts dealers. The larger gear not so much. Obviously I need both, in this instance.
Any ideas or sources?
