Need help matching loco paint color

Floquil makes a Southern Green.  Colors do vary from one manufacturer to the next.  Sometimes you can blend colors then re-clear with decent results.  MTH uses a finish similar to Floquils 'Flat'.  Dullcote is too dull and gloss is too glossy.

Which color should I get to match the factory Atlas O NYC black?

In the past, I've used Universal Flat Black touchup paint, but I'm going to have to gat a sprayable, plastic safe color.

ok, I safely used both Krylon Fusion Camouflage Ultra-Flat and Rust-oleum Universal Flat Black (U1001) on the unit...
