Need layout plan converted from Atlas 3 rail to Lionel Fastrack

This plan is in the OGR plan book titled "21 Great Track Plans for Compact Layouts", By Ken Hoganson, Pages 51-54.

Here are some photos from the book.

There are five diameters of curves in FasTrack. There are O36, O48. O60, O72, and O84.  Also the switches beside being of different curvature may not be the same physical size.  Therefore, it won't be a 1 to 1 substitution.

One question you will need to answer for Ken is "Is your layout physically constrained to the dimensions of the original?"  Can your layout increase a few inches in each direction?

Due to current space limitations, I pretty well need to keep it 4x8. Sometime in the future, I may be able to expand to 5x9 or so, but not currently. Just trying to do the best in the area I have available at this time so I can get trains running again.

Here's a 4x8 version. There a couple of disconnects that might work when assembled.
