Need scan of MTH's Rail King/Rail Town Hobby Shop (The Train Shop) building's rooftop billboard sign

A few years back, I purchased a used MTH Rail King/Rail Town "Hobby Shop" #30-9004 (first cataloged 1997, vol.1). Unfortunately the previous owner decided to scratch off/paint over the original Rail King sign on its rooftop billboard (see photo). If anyone has this building with the original Rail King sign who could email or send me a high quality scan of that billboard sign (or even the sign itself) it would be greatly appreciated.
