Has anyone purchased any of these?
If so, any feedback would be great.

I got the bunk and kitchen car in PRR. Still waiting on the tool car.
Here is a video I did of the kitchen car. Pretty cool set of cars. The sound varies a bit more than in my video and changes to the typical wheel squeal and bumping when in motion.
Are these fully operational in conventional or are they something that have to be run with Legacy/TMCC? I couldn't find them on the Lionel website but based on the description provided by the Trainworld website, it appears these will be fully operational in conventional and no Legacy required?
Conventional like the latest sound car release.

Thanks for the video. I assume these are based off the K-Line models from 15 years ago.
The kitchen, tool car and bunk cars have all shipped in. I only have a few of the New York Centrals left.
Pros:
Detail of the cast metal steps, ladders etc. are all nice.
Good detail under the frame.
Color of the paint looks good on the New York Centrals. (Yes REALLY!)
Cons:
Thumbtack couplers on trucks. Change them out for Kadee's if desired.
Smoke Stack is five feet tall. Isn't that a tad too tall?
Minimal details around the door of the Bunk Car. (How did the doors open on the prototype)?
Overall, I'm happy with them especially because they are not orange or some other funky color Lionel dreamed up and no casting mold parting lines like most of the high-end Lionel steam locomotives have had over the past year or so.
These look like great cars. I working on a PRR work train, but the Pennsy cars were gray into the 50s so the yellow does not work on my late 40s era. I'm thinking of getting the gray MW cars and try adding PRR decals on them. Need to see if the lettering on them comes off first.
Who's SIRT and what was the cost per car for weathering? They look awesome.
