Seemingly out of nowhere two of non-derail switches are actually doing the opposite. If the switch was positioned correctly they turn as the train approaches. Was working fine before. I can’t imagine anything I did

If the turnouts are traditionally wired as a pair, maybe the "outside" terminals got crossed?
Some more information would be helpful (as much as is reasonably feasible):
- What turnouts? (make & model?)
- What remote switches?
- Pictures of wiring and/or wiring diagram
- A video of the infraction

I will do some more testing when I have time. Just was wondering if there was a quick go to answer
My first suggestion is check the inner frog rails. I use gargraves switches. The newer ones which work really well. However, I had the Frog rails mysteriously and miraculously begin to touch each other at the bottom where the flange is stick out from them. As soon as I separated the flanges with my trusty screwdriver, the issue stopped.
Well as is usually the case it is something simple. Had wires crossed on one - the othe must be a short or something. After 30 minutes not going to chase it anymore - it is just a siding so non derail not necessary
