O Scale Freight Car Guide: 70 Ton Covered Hoppers

Pretty slick hopper!!!  I wish someone would offer a Round-Roof Seaboard Boxcar, single and double-door variety   I like these unusual cars and would definitely get one of these C&O R-R Cvd Hoppers.

I have all four numbers of the Atlas O Pere Marquette version.  I was going to use them in my grain service along with my double sheeted box cars but reading here they were not used in grain service.  I might have to add a cement plant or something else for them now.

HW, the Hallmark model is sharp!    I am looking for one myself after seeing one this past weekend at an operating session.

Since I don’t bother with air brushes, these were basically done with 4 colors of cheap spray paint.

Also added was a little of this and that found around the office work bench…
