O-Scale Train Crewmen & Animals...Where Get?

HELLO,

I would like to get a Brakeman with or without a Lantern (not a Conductor) to place on the rear platform of my caboose, and also a couple of Mountain Goats or Bighorn Sheep for the mountainous areas of my layout.
