Is anyone attending? The website still does not specify which clinics will be offered.

I've got my plane tickets and hotel reservation. Making a weekend out of it with the family.
I'll be there. I always enjoy catching up with friends but lately a bit sad due to the growing number of estate sales. I give a lot of credit to Rod Miller for the huge amount of effort he and his staff put in to make this event successful.
I will be there. It's close to home and always a great meet.
Yep, we'll be there. Three tables just to the left of the entrance (along the wall).

Which airport do you fly into?
Thanks,
Ed
I will be there also. will have 4 tables. It's the best show going on the West coast.

I haven't been to O Scale West in a long time but it was always a great show when I went. The friendliest people and how can you not enjoy the SF Bay area???

First choice would be San Jose. It's only a few miles from the venue.
Second choice would be San Francisco. It's farther away, but not too much farther, a bigger airport, so you might get better flight deals.

San Jose was the cheapest option for me
If I fly, it would be Reid-Hillview. Probably not this year. San Jose would be best for airline, since you could ride the trolley to the hotel.
I have been to this show several times in the past but it seemed better organized. There is no listing of the specific clinics. Nor is the listing of the layouts, if any, which will be at the show venue. It basically seems a bit in disarray compared to previous years.
Driving up from Victorville a day early to hit the Jelly Belly factory first. Me and the girlfriend saw the Winchester House last year. Always makes a great vacation to see 2-rail trains, then visit the other points of interest.
Made this show several times when it was jointly held in the same facility as a TTOS/TCA meet which justified, in my mind, the expense, tied in with all the attractions of California: Yosemite, Sequoia, Old Sacramento and RR museum, Hwy. 49 gold country, etc. Sacramento was favorite airport, but it and San Jose's were so disrupted by 9/11 paranoia, l could hardly get in and out of them. Assume that has been corrected, but the airlines continue to strive to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. Maybe if the meets were joint again...as l have not been out there in a while...
