Browsing through the Tinman-3Rail site, I came across some tech tips on O22 switch tracks. One of the suggestions is to install jumpers in the switch drive. This is done to bypass the slide switch mechanism, with it's contacts that can become difficult to repair. I am not quite sure what he has the jumpers soldered to.

The lower photo shows a jumper from the opposite binding post solder lug to ?
I wonder if anyone can shed more light on this.
