one proublem..If its what I think it sound like?? no thanks..when I get a MTH transformer and see how this PS1 S1 sounds like..got a lional CW80 and not funtioning all my sounds wright.. At least this one has air horn..the 2.0 didnt..I do like the lional S1 sound alot better..sorry for that commit.. got a great horn and eerie whilse.and a very heavy chiff to it...but form what I was told on different forum I cant buy that S1 sound board from lional,unless I have a damaged one to exchange with.

well it got qsi setup..unless its a qsi system?  I'll post pics of it.. i know it got 3 stacks of board on top of each other... i do have a new ps1 from C&NW train that a guy converted to 2 rail.will a mth z750 tranformer work or the in for red z750 remote with light rail lock work?

Josey The QSI sound in the 3rd rail engines had nothing to do with MTH or Lionel nor do they have any spares or support. QSI was a company that supplied the sound to 3rd rail.
Your only option is like Barry said Convert it to MTH Proto sound 2 or to TMCC using an ERR upgrade which is a Lionel product.

This is what QSI is now If you look at the bottom of the page you'll see a PDF for the QSI 3000 This is probably close to what you have. At least you'll be able to do a feature reset but thats about it.
