I've recently acquired a train set, a Bing engine with a tender and two coaches, electric but non-functioning. It is the exact same as the German version, but one of the coaches has stickers on it, as well as the tender. 6 in total (4 on coach and 2 on tender) and they display what look like advertisements, though I haven't seen these on other train sets. Most of the stickers are torn or tattered, but one of them is still entirely intact. I don't have any pictures, but I can describe them. The engine and tender are tiny, both 4 wheels. O gauge, and with coupling similar to very early Lionel. The coaches are both called "Malva", and are a teal color and orange color, matching bodies. The set is in near-perfect condition, though there are scratches on the engine and the advertisements, with the exception of one, are tattered to varying extents. one of the coaches is missing the roof, but that is the only missing part. I found a catalogue from 1913 with a set exactly like mine, minus the cowcatcher. Also this one is clockwork, not electric.

I don't know if many of you are experts in this kind of stuff, but I know Arne is pretty knowledgable in exports.
Got any sets like this in your collection?

There was a Bing Malva coach for sale on e-bay about 3 weeks ago.  You should be able to find it on a search for completed sales.  As for the KBN/GBN issue - Lew is correct and you can find trains marked with one or the other logo or a combination of the two
