I have two FasTrack switches I used to connect an outer loop to an inner loop. Since they act as a crossover they're always thrown simultaneously. Is there a way to wire both switches to just one lever? I'm sure there's a way to do this though I'm not 100% certain on the how. I know you can program this in TMCC but I'm running conventional (for now).

Yes. Run a jumper from one to the other you wish to have operate in tandem.
Basically, you just wire them in parallel. For this application, it sounds like the out to the out, and the thru to the thru would be wired together, and just connect one controller to either of the switches.
I would not connect yellow to yellow. Just red to red, green to green, and black to black. If you were to desire the switches to be thrown in the opposite direction, then red to green.
Correct, you do NOT want to wire the yellow indicator lead to the other switch! I don't know exactly how that's driven, but since they're both voltage outputs, it's most likely a bad idea. Red and green is all you really need, one presumes that you already have a common ground. Can't hurt to run the black as well, just more work.
