This is my original Lionel Standard Gauge #402E. It looks like someone installed wire but it is not connected. I was wondering if a electrical schematic that could show? I want to run this train and I can't do it!!! Thanks for help!!!

It looks like you have a pendulum reverser unit in your engine. Please take a picture straight on of the reverse unit to confirm this.
Here is a few photos. It is the "E" style- the 402E. This is the reverse for the "E". I know how it works by itself, but not with two motors.

The 402 is wired the same way as a single motored loco. Just double the wires to the reverse unit from each motor. If one motor runs in reverse, swap the brush wires from one motor.

Yes, you have a pendulum reverser, There is no neutral. wiring diagram is correct. Just wire the second motor in parallel. Field to field, Rollers to rollers, Armature(+) to armature(+), and Armature(-) to Armature(-).
