Here is our first tall building structure, developed initially as a flat and nominally at HO Scale. The picture shows a flat that is 55" tall x 9-1/2" wide, consisting of four window columns. The model can also be made at widths of 11-5/8" (five window columns), 14" (six window columns) and 16-1/8' (seven window columns). The base material is laser scored 1/8" grey tinted acrylic. Two sizes of Evergreen styrene strip are used to add vertical structural and framing elements. The four pieces were painted off-white and then approximately 2,100 window and curtain wall panes were pealed. This particular flat is ready to ship, with adhesive transfer tape on the back, for $500 plus USPS postage. If you would like to pick one up at Springfield in January 2020, please let us know by December 31, 2019.

We will be developing other tall building structures as flats in 2020. We will also be developing the structures as buildings and will offer them lit and unlit.

Looks great.  Something I might consider after receiving the Pickwick and 5 story building.  Any room for LEDs on this flat?
