Painting suggestions

First layer is foamcore sprayed with Rustoleum to make the surface even with the streets track. The second layer of foamcore will be building bases and sidewalks. Should I paint the streets track to match the street,  the street to match the streets track or leave it like it is ?  The streets track color is close to fresh asphalt/blacktop
