Can you measure the fly wheel thickness and diameter in mm.   Is is 9mmx27mm, then the gear diameter, length, and tooth length.  8.2mm x 23mm x 17mm as an example?

The flywheel thickness is 5.0 mm (thin version) and it's diameter is 27 mm.  The worm gear shaft is 8.2 diameter, length is 23 mm.  The tooth length is very hard to measure, so I used a number 60 drill bit and laid it in between the teeth and it was then flush with the top of the teeth and the drill bit measures 1.0 mm. I also tried a number 59 drill bit at 1.1 mm and it was too high.

If you have a trick to measuring the tooth length (or height) using a vernier caliper or any other product, I'll try to get another measurement.  Perhaps some impression compound?

All these measurements seem to be the same as the RS385PH can motor that I have installed on My SD40's for 20-2668-1, from 2006.

The truck assembly breakdown is what I really need and I know the can motor that fits that truck helps find the right truck.  The SD45 trucks I'm looking for are from

2008 and 2010.

Mike, tooth length is the length of teeth on the gear, not gap between the teeth.  I was trying to help with the motor, but if a block or other parts needed you will need to cal Midge.  Also for a block replacement I do believe MTH needs a turn in.  G
