Last fall I bought a Korber roundhouse kit from Justrains. It was a sealed package, but when I got home and openrd it I found that the roundhouse doors were missing. Not having had time to work on it I didn't do anything about it then. Last week I started working on the kit and remembered that it was missing the doors. I e-mailed Mike at Justrains about the problem. He said that he could supply the doors and if I was going to be at York last week he would have them there for me to pick up. He did; I now have the doors. It is refreshing in this day and age to deal with someone who is as "customer oriented" as Mike. I have no reservations in recommending Mike and Justrains as a very nice place to deal.
