I was sad to see Paul passed on. I have his operations DVD and I always loved his magazine articles. My prayers go out to his family. Did any one have any stories about Paul or have met him in person?

Great modeler, he'll be missed. Dave G.
My condolences to his family.
I don't recognize the name, but am very sorry to lose what sounds like a great contributor to model railroading. My prayers for his family and loved ones.

Very sad news. I loved his articles in Railroad Model Craftsman. His dvds were well done and his scenery book is very informative. His layout and the attention to detail is amazing. His Sn3 Pelican Bay Railway & Navigation Co. "is widely regarded as one of the finest narrow gauge model railroads in the country." I highly recommend checking into pics of his layout. It is flat out awesome.

What a shame. I was fortunate enough to meet Paul once and we kept in touch occasionally via e-mail. His Sn3 layout was IMO one of the greatest model railroads ever to be constructed.
