Here is the complex with salting station, rusty, deteriorating packing house (as shown by an Indiana prototype photo in its kit), and a red pepper water tower, all of which comprise industrial Pickleville, and the cars I built or bashed to serve it: pickle cars and a vinegar car, as well as a shortline train with oddball coach and shorty RPO to haul workers out to the job on this branch.
