That apparent RR name is the name of O scael three saloon kits I picked up and built. Goes on to say, "Old Time Railroad Models, Building and Car Kits. With minor kitbashes, I put the three together. They were very simple kits, and I tried to enhance them, for locations, not in my ghost town, but in towns trains still stop in. The kitbuilders address was a P.O. Box in Roseville, Calif. I wonder if anybody has or has seen any of the car kits mentioned. Might be interesting old time rolling
