I'm not sure the exact year for these various Christmas Layouts - but early to mid nineties seems about right.

Walt, what material is your mountain? It looks a lot like the old postwar dealer displays.

I'm guessing you're talking about photos 1 and 2?  If 'yes', then it's just that junky mountain paper that was popular back then.
