These pics are from the inside of my MTH Burlington Zepher. I bought it used at a train show at Amish Acres last year. I saw right away it didn't respond to my DCS Commander. I have locos with PS2 and PS3 so I am not familier with what this owner has used. It runs fine on transformer controlled AC. but train lights do not come on. I will buy Lionel stuff to run it if I knew what to buy. Many Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

Bude,  I have been looking for a UCUB board and would be willing to buy it from you. I also have a ProtoSounds2 board I would trade you. It has GM diesel sounds so would probably be appropriate for your zepher. My email address is in my profile.       John

Bud,  looking close at your photos trying to figure why you have no sound when running on AC.  You should have the sound of a running loco plus  horn and bell.  I cannot be certain but it looks like the white wires going to the speaker go through a switch near one truck.  With the loco on the track and AC set to approximately 18V can you move that switch looks like that is the sounds on off or the switch to go from full sounds to just "Signal Sounds"  bell +horn. Try that switch.  If you have a conventional AC transformer with a whisle or bell whisle buttons you should have sounds. if that switch is in the proper position.   j
