For the last decade plus I have been running TMCC exclusively on my layout which was divided into 4 power districts. Each was powered by a LW transformer via a PowerMaster #6-12867. The PowerMasters were there for the visitors who brought conventional engines or for testing purposes. I have since retired the LW's and divided the layout into 2 power districts each powered a PH180. Everything is working fine (although I miss knowing exactly where a derailment is by virtue of the blinking green LED on a given PM1).
The question is can I re-install a PowerMaster in each of the 2 power districts, should a visitor bring a conventional engine to run? In other words will the PM1 #6-12867 play well with the PH180?
