Polar Express LED Drumhead Needed

I purchased a lighting upgrade kit a couple of years ago for the Polar Express observation car, see photo. I cannot find the vendor who made this kit that included the illuminated drumhead and upper tail light. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks!

I hope he re-stocks. I upgraded the observation car that is in the PE set for my grand kids...they love it! But now I need one for the grand kid in me...LOL!
