Portable Scenery for multi scale

I thought I would post some of my scenery I do on my portable layout for different types of shows so here are some views. Layout is 4 x 8 and does come apart in two 4 x 4 sections.  Here are some photos as you can see the layout changes with the session. There are three scales represented here O scale lower and it is O-54, HO and N. They run on DC DCS DCC TMCC or AC depending on what equipment I am running.  It has been a big hit with children of all ages. the detail work was helped along with my Wife and two granddaughters McKenzie 5 and Madison 3. McKenzie can start the trains in DCS and run them also is learing DCC does a pretty good job on DC as well. Madison is learning and coming along pretty well.

That makes sense to me.  At first glance the big ones grab attention.  Of course they will like Thomas, and I can see that young eyes would then find the smaller.  N scale steam is sooo much better than when I modeled N 30 years ago.  Unfortunately, my eyes, even when I have a new pair of glasses, don't allow me to see the detail and drive rods moving the way I would like.  So, now it is strictly O for me.  However, I think it is great you are showing the kids a wide sample of what is out there.  Great job!!!

I have eye problems to, use a magnifying hood, . I cannot wait till I can do the train shows with children again and that is all ages.
