Thanks, everyone, for the pix and videos. Wow, not much clearance there in Pittsburgh. Reminds me of the D train between 9th Avenue and 36th Street in Brooklyn.

Here's my video.
Hi Tom; Congrats on your video and for all your help with this OGR thread. Well done.

For Chicago and points west, the 1943 went through Chesterton, IN at 0618 eastern time.
Great pictures and videos everyone!
Hi,
Does anyone know if UP #1943 will be coming back East in the future? Thanks,
Ricky

There is a movement by NS to raise the bridges but the people want the cut lowered. It's a pretty big fight locally here.
UP 1943 and the Office Car Special on the NJT mainline. Day shot is NJT’s Ramsey, NJ station heading North and the second is NJT’s Suffern Station heading South after visiting upstate NY.

NJT’s Glen Rock Station which is before Ramsey, NJ. Two views with Vincent R. of the NJ HiRailers.
Curious that some of the pictures show the engines hooked up elephant style, and some pictures show them back to back.
Look closely, and you will see that the train is also "backwards" in that second photo.
Hooked up? I though "lash up" was bad enough!
I am going to have to get scale sized rope AND grappling hooks to connect my locomotives together!
