I would like to connect this powerhouse directly to graves track. On the back of the powerhouse it shows a breakdown of the molex connector as follows:
0 NC
0 +AC
0 -AC
Do I connect +AC to center rail and -AC to outside rail?
Any help would be appreciated.

That's the normal method, however the more important thing is to have it phased with any other transformer that might be on other loops.

+AC is printed on the back of the transformer.
I don't disagree that that is what's printed. Just that in actuality there is no such thing as "+AC" or "-AC" for it changes 120 times a second.
