Another thread mentiond a Flyer set on a Burns and Allen show, which reminded me that electric trains were once a mainstream piece of
Americana. And that reminded me of an article, I think in one of the older model magazines, MR or RMC, about Louis Marx being a
buddy of many military personalities (Marx Army train, etc.). This article pictured Marx trains ,i think I remember a #1095 ATSF passenger set, running under the tree in the Eisenhower White House. Unfortunately I can not quickly lay hands on this article and post
the pictures, but I wonder if toy trains or model have been associated with other Presidents?
