Does anyone know which two pin connectors to jumper on a MTH PS-1 locomotive to cycle F-N-R with the top board removed? It is not the same two as on a stand alone DCRU QSI board.

I don't think the bottom board has the logic to cycle between F-N-R by itself. You can jumper them to go in one direction, but you have to change the jumpers to go the other way. Here's a post by GGG, he knows more about these boards than I do for sure.

If you jumper the 2 slots to the far left (position 1 and 2 as example) you get one direction, if you remove that jumper and place it into the next 2 (3 and 4) you get the opposite direction.
The difference between QSI board or a DCRU is that it had the logic chips to do electronic sequencing. PS-1 bottom board doesn't have the logic chip so the top board does the sequencing. Those header positions are the same. G
No logic, but the same pins as used on DCRU can lock it in one direction or the other. I have even seen folks use a double pole switch to those points for a switchable direction lock. BUT will not work as a transformer controlled reverse unit. Need the DCRU for that. G
