Question regarding MTH Tall Timber Mountain (45-1106)

I'd imagine you could get it down to 12x22. But are you planning on making this an around-the-wall or island layout? Because if you plan on doing an island, you probably need to get it down to 11x18 or so.

Nice, you can probably fit it into 12x22.5. Also extend the yard on the right by 3 more feet.
